There are 2 separate giveaways. You can enter into both, but can only win 1. Winners are chosen randomly. Both will be open to enter through December 31st 2024 @11:59pm PST.

There is a link to a Google form to allow us to track entries at the bottom of this page. The data collected there (on behalf of Sink-Ink and no other entities) is with your consent and used for tracking entries for both giveaways, forms will be deleted once winners have been selected and have recieved their prize. Entries given for Giveaway #1 cannot be added to your entries into Giveaway #2 or vice versa. All entries given have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, or traded. The entries and giveaways are non-negotiable. 

You must fill out the form accurately for us to track your entries. Failure to do so forfeits your entries.

The winners must be 18+ at the time of winning or a new winner will be randomly picked. The winner will be announced on all social media pages AND the website Jan 2nd 2025. Best of luck!

Free entries with purchase:

• +1 entry for every transaction
• +1 entry for every $100 spent (shipping not included in total).
• +5 entries for having completed a service (tattoo session) in the month December 2024. This means if you purchase a session AND use it during the month of December, you get 5 extra entries in addition to those already given for purchasing from us.
• *Gift cards used during this time apply to the person turning in the gift card as payment for the session.

You will receive a digital gift certificate to print out and turn in when receiving services.

This no purchase necessary giveaway will have entries granted by interacting with various posts which have been or will be posted on Sink-Ink social media accounts. Stay tuned on all Sink-Ink social media platforms for the best/most chances of entering.

You may only recieve entries with 1 account on any social media platform once per day, but you may interact with all in a single day. Ex: A post is made on all 3 business social media accounts in 1 day, you may enter once on each platform for a total of 3 entries or however many are disclosed in each post itself.

Final Details

For either giveaway:
If we need to make more prints or banners before sending your choice of item(s) it may take longer. When we order them, they are shipped to us so we can verify quality and proper care in packaging. We will update with any shipping updates we have and tracking # once we have personally sent it out. 

Prints: All prints come with Certificate of Authenticity and have been signed/numbered. 1st batch printings are numbered between 1-20 which is variable and could be up to 26. This is due to initial quality check on arrival. You receive the number we send you, it is random, but we always try to send the lowest # we have in stock. 

Please understand if you choose the banner or print option, we cannot guarantee the timeline/deadline for arrival due to postal service delays and possible printing needed. You must provide a valid shipping address (and cost of shipping if the package is being sent outside of the lower 48 states) within 2 weeks of the announcement on social media so that we can package and send you your items. Some items may be sold out when the winner is announced, if so, we will order those items and get them sent as soon as possible. It is the same if you wish to pick up your winnings in person. The shop is by appt only, so you will need to schedule a time for pick up once we have verified your items are available. 

There is no monetary value assigned to giveaway entries. If you win and choose banners or prints, we send out your order as safely as we possibly can with tracking and insured for the cost of the items. 

If you choose to recieve the tattoo session: upon winning, a digital gift certificate will be issued to you if you cannot do an in person pick up. In person pick up has the option of either a digital gift card OR a physical gift card. 

We will be counting the # of entries recieved for you by purchases and content interaction (separately). All entries will be given freely (a) as a bonus with purchase OR (b) with interactions on social platforms. All entries are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

There is no monetary value to any giveaway entry no matter how it was obtained. You cannot buy, sell, or trade giveaway entries.

If you win either giveaway and choose to recieve a tattoo session as your reward, you must follow all policies in place at the time of winning and recieving said service. If you acquire entries and are under the age of 18 and win, the win will be void and we will re-draw for a new winner. You MUST be 18 years old as of December 31st 2024 @11:59 pm. 

A winner will be notified initially through a social media post and if not claimed within 48 hours after that post, it will be void. We will try to reach out through the info given on this form before doing a re-draw for a new winner. It is up to the named winner to reach out or respond in that time. No matter the what-ifs. By filling out this form, you are agreeing to giving us permission to message you in any way listed as a point of contact. This could mean a phone call, text, email, or social media tag. (WE WILL NOT DM YOU UNLESS IN RESPONSE TO A MESSAGE YOU SENT TO US) 

Tattoo services must be used within a year or they are void. The session cannot be broken up into multiple sessions, or between 2 different people. If you cannot sit for the duration, there is no cost difference than if you were to sit the full time given and nothing left owing, making the remaining time void. 50% of the time alotted counts as the "booking fee". A consult must be done to schedule the service. 2 reschedules of the service will result in loss of the session entirely as will a single "no call, no show". The winners will recieve a physical gift certificate OR a digital one sent via email. If the winner wishes to gift it or use it, it is up to them. All rules apply still if it has been gifted it to someone else. Again, the recipient must be physically able to recieve a tattoo and be 18 years or older at the time of service. Service must be redeemed by Dec. 31st 2025 and work within the artist's available days for booking with enough time to create the artwork necessary for the appointment. The gift card recieved cannot be used as payment for services completed during guest spots or conventions. Any travel expenses incurred to receive services are the responsibility of the person traveling to us for services.
